Revision Time!

After finishing the raw editing of the film, I had let the others in the group know that I was done with the raw sequence, letting them decide on what should be next in the to-do list. They were taking quite awhile to decide on what to do, having to need an extra day to think on what would be next on tweaking. Finally, after that long time, I and the rest of the group have decided that the sequence would have to follow the backup plan in order to create a better title sequence. The backup plan meant that more recording would need to be done and new scenes will have to be produced to better fit the title sequence. As much as I and some of the others didn't want to re-record, we all agreed on making up the scenes and meeting up.

It would be awhile before we could all meetup and record the extra scenes, with school keeping most of us busy. Based on what I saw filmed in the rough draft, most of the beginning scenes would have to be make-up as well as some of the ending scene. Once we had free time to make-up the film, we met up at the same location and brought extra clothing and props. The make-up plan was to change the beginning scene to create a more action-like scene. For this, instead of starting with the protagonist, the film would begin with the enemy running away from the "danger" of the film. the danger, being the protagonist, would then approach the enemy, holding him hostage with his weapon on-hand. The scene would then black out and a gun-shot would be heard, making viewers assume that the protagonist had killed the enemy off. This would be about 3 new scenes that I and the rest would have to create. Me and Jibril would be included in these scenes since the first scenes in the previous recordings were both me and him. Jibril would have to be running at the beginning which meant that there would be quite some tries until we got a correct shot. Once Jibril had landed the shot, I then got the weapon prop and waited for Jibril to position himself. Since Maximus was the cameraman, I told him where to position the view so that it would create greater dramatic sense. This took a large amount of tries due to the fact that our concentration would need to be necessary and there would always be that one mistake that would ruin the scene. After about 10 minutes, the shot was finally produced and I and the group would then proceed to the next part of making up. As we were about to continue the make-up plan, we had a huge issue that would arise and would have to deal with. Maximus was needed for the remaining scenes but he would have to leave to go home early due to some home issues. This meant that I and the group would have to meet up another time and reschedule the remaining parts needed.
