Sequence Useful Information

 Schedule:   

2/26 and 2/27- The filming will begin on these days. We will film the first shots that include voiceovers from the main protagonist which are scenes 1, 2, 3, 4. The we will film the main conversation voiceovers and the main fight scene voiceovers which are in scenes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Then we will film the outcome last scene (scene 11) which includes the outcome of the fight.  

 

3/5 and 3/6- We will finish filming these days by filming the actual action in the scenes. These scenes include all 11. 

 

 

3/12 and 3/13- We will edit together all the scenes we have filmed and we will add the voiceovers to the scenes. We will also add the background music and low lightning/cloud grey weather. 

 

Location: 

 

We will be filming in an alley way and a convenience store around the corner near my house.

Health and Safety: 

We will have a first aid kit at all times when we are filming and we will be supervised by adults. All the weapons we use will be props that cannot harm anyone in any way so we can maintain the safest possible filming area. 

 

 

Backup Plan: 

If it rains or anything else happens that interrupts our filming we will go to our replacement filming location which is an abandoned house because it provides the same dark and menacing tone.

Commercial SET!!!

Well, I’ve done it, I’ve finally finished the commercial, along with the help of my group mates.   This was  my first project where I could be creative in my editing skills, adding lots of effects to a commercial.  It took a good chunk of time  and was a bit difficult   to get the scenes and edit the  commercial well enough to be called a commercial. I had fun recording all the scenes my group done, laughing at each mistake we did from each take. I really like how the commercial came out, It looks almost exactly as like me and the other's had thought of making. The hardest part of this project was angling the camera to best put the scene in a good view and also the barrage of people in the background doing their own scenes as well. Editing the first sections!

 Previously, I was able to produce some scenes necessary for the film alone due to my group being unavailable at the time. With the help of my sister, we were able to produce scenes that included the protagonist alone and also scenes that required editing processes. While driving back home after the recordings, I was constantly thinking as to how I would edit each scene, what needed to be modified and what effects would need to be added. As we got home, I jumped off my sister's car and quickly went to my room to retrieve the scenes onto my laptop and search for editing effects required to make the sequence pop out. The main source I used to find some edits that would help this sequence was in YouTube. The first thing I was looking for were some fire effects that could be used for a type of explosion. Time to work, at a Fair????

  It was now the time for me and the others in my group to film the scenes for the music video. Although, there was a tiny problem during this time, Thanksgiving break. Because of Thanksgiving break, it would mean that most of my group and I won't be able to interact with each other and means that filming would have to be done separately for a bit of time. I had thought of a scene which included me going on a Ferris Wheel because of my schedule to go to the Broward County Fair this break. Max was able to go to the fair with me and take all the filming scenes needed. The first scene that was filmed at the fair was the beginning of the entrance to the fair. It was somewhat of a pan shot/side shot in which I was facing the entrance to the big fair. The first take was messed up due to the lighting of the background being too dark but was then later fixed.
